I don’t want my order anymore and it hasn’t been delivered, can I cancel it?

For orders that are already fulfilled and in transit, we ask that you reject the shipment upon arrival and reach out to our Palate Project Support Team to follow up on the matter. If your order is received and includes alcohol or food products, we are unable to process a return.
